Chaffle Biscuits And Gravy
Chaffles: 2 Chaffles
1 Large egg (room temperature)
3/4 TBSP cream cheese
2 TBSP almond Flour
1/4 TBSP butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 TBSP Shedded cheese of choice (optional)
Sausage gravy:
1/4 lb browned browned crumble breakfast sausage
2 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
black pepper to task
Instructions
For chaffles
1. Preheat waffle maker.
2. Place all ingredients except shredded cheese in blender. Put Cream cheese and butter closest to blades. Blend untill smooth and frothy.
3. Sprinkle 1 TBSP cheese on Dash mini then pour about half the mixture on the cheese amd Add 1 TBSP cheese to top. If not using cheese just pour 1/2 mixture on Dash Mini. Close and cook for about 3-5 Minutes. Repeat for second Chaffle.
For Sausage Gravy
1. Put drained browned sausage in a small skillet over medium low heat.
2. Add cream cheese and Heavy cream. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and there are no visible chunks. Dilute with more heavy cream if you want a thinner gravy!
