Cheesy Beef Macaroni with Steamed Broccoli and Dinner Rolls
Ingredients:
For the Beef Macaroni:
1 lb ground beef
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Sides:
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
2 dinner rolls
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir well.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
5. Serve hot with steamed broccoli and warm dinner rolls.
