Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls 🧀🥩
Ingredients:
1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
8 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Sauté beef, onion, and pepper in a skillet until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
3. Place filling in egg roll wrappers and roll tightly.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
