No-Bake Key Lime Pie Minis

Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- Zest of 1 lime
- Whipped cream for topping
- Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to create a crust. Use a flat object to pack it down tightly.
3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
4. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, beating well until everything is combined.
5. Stir in the key lime juice and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
6. Spoon the filling into the prepared crusts in the muffin tins, filling each one to the top.
7. Place the muffin tins in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
8. Once set, carefully remove the mini pies from the tins.
9. Top each mini pie with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lime for garnish.

Notes:
- You can use regular lime juice if you can't find key limes.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk to your taste.
- These mini pies can be made a day ahead for a stress-free dessert!
