Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet burger seasoning or 1 tsp each salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

1 egg (for egg wash)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with seasoning until browned. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

Stir in cooked bacon, cheese, and optional onions.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread beef mixture evenly across the dough.

Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic. Brush garlic butter over each rollup.

Beat the egg and brush the edges of the rollups for a golden finish.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce.
