π Ingredients:
1.5 lbs (700 g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered π₯
12 oz (350 g) smoked sausage sliced π
2 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tsp garlic powder π§
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Optional:
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) π§
Fresh herbs for garnish πΏ
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and sausage with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated. Spread the mixture out on a foil-lined baking sheet or roasting pan in a single layer. Bake for 35β40 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges. Optionally, sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking for a melty finish. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot!
