Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos

Ingredients:
• Tortilla chips (homemade or store-bought)
• 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped
• 1½ cups romaine lettuce, chopped
• ½ cup Caesar dressing
• ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
• Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Olive oil (if frying your own chips)



Instructions:
1. Make or prep the chips:
• If using store-bought chips, skip this step.
• To make your own, cut flour or corn tortillas into wedges and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and lightly salt.
2. Prepare the chicken:
• Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Let rest, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
3. Assemble:
• Lay a layer of tortilla chips on a platter.
• Top with chopped romaine, grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and shredded parmesan.
4. Serve:
• Sprinkle with cracked pepper and more cheese if desired. Serve immediately while chips are still crisp.
