Hot Fudge Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups hot water
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
Slowly pour hot water over the top, do not stir.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is set and a gooey fudge sauce forms underneath.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Tips:
