Homemade Butter Pecan Ice Cream 🍦🥜
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the toasted pecans. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Let the pecan mixture cool slightly, then mix it into the cream mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
