½ cup pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
⅓ cup cold unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup frozen banana slices (about 1 small banana, pre-frozen)
1 ½ cups vanilla Greek frozen yogurt (slightly softened for easier blending)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract (for depth)
1 full honey graham cracker, broken into pieces
For Garnish: Extra crumbled graham cracker, a light swirl of whipped cream, or a drizzle of caramel.
Instructions:
Layer & Blend: In your blender, combine the pumpkin puree, almond milk, frozen banana, frozen yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Add the broken graham cracker pieces on top.
