Whipped Pudding Frosting
Ingredients:
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ cup cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Stir together the pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and thickened.
Fold in the Cool Whip gently until it’s light and fluffy.
Slather it on anything you like.
Frosts about 12 cupcakes or a single 9x13 cake.
