Pork Chops! This is a very simple recipe that will give your pork chops a slightly tangy & sweet flavor.
Take the pork chops from the refrigerator and apply a liberal amount Hi Mountain Pork Rub to both sides of the pork chops while you are letting them reach room room temperature.
Preheat the Air fryer for 5 minuets and while its preheating spray the racks of the air fryer with a non stick spray. Apply thin covering of brown sugar to the top of the pork chops. Place the chops on the racks and place into the air fryer oven.
Set the time for 15 minutes and cook for 15 minutes at 360 degrees. They should be done after the 15 minutes. It’s alway wise to use a meat thermometer to check cooking temps. The chops should be at least 140 degrees to be cooked. Each brand air fryer might cook slightly different and also the thickness of the porkchops can vary.
