So easy- Sweetened Condensed Milk

Make your own! It taste way better than store bought!

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh milk
1 cup white sugar
Pinch of baking soda (optional)

Steps:
This will take 30-45 minutes of your time.
In a saucepan, add milk and sugar. Whisk together until combined. Bring to a boil. Keep stirring. Let it simmer and thicken for about 20-30 minutes. Add a pinch of baking soda. Mix well for about a minute. Turn off the heat and let it cool before transferring to a clean jar.

DIY Mayonnaise – so Simple and Creamy

This homemade recipes is quick and easy, and it’s so much fresher and tastes better than store-bought! With just a few ingredients, you’ll have creamy, tangy mayo ready in minutes. You can pick your favorite oil also. Yum!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
1 large egg (pasteurized)
1/2 lemon - juice (1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:
1. Add the egg, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to a large bowl.

If using an immersion blender, Blend until the mixture is fully emulsified and creamy.

If no blender: Whisk the ingredients together vigorously until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. This will take a bit more time, but with patience, it will come together!

Or use a food processor. Mix everything until creamy!

2. Store the mayonnaise in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Enjoy your homemade mayo in your favorite sandwiches, salads, or as a dip or sauce!

4 cups fresh milk -I use whole milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps:
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
Once boiling, turn the stove in low heat, add vinegar while stirring with a spatula. The curds will begin to separate and curdles. Remove from the heat.
Strain the curds using a cheesecloth.
Squeeze out excess liquid, then transfer the curds to a food processor. Add salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
