🍐 Clafoutis aux Poires (Pear Clafoutis) 🍮
Light French baked dessert with pears in a custard-like batter.
Ingredients
2 pears
100 g flour
200 ml milk
2 eggs
50 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter (for greasing)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.
2️⃣ Slice pears and arrange them at the bottom of the dish.
3️⃣ Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt into a smooth batter.
4️⃣ Pour batter over the pears.
5️⃣ Bake ~35 minutes until puffed and golden.
6️⃣ Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
