Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Crescent Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Unroll the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spoon the chicken and broccoli mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll.
5. Roll up the crescent rolls and tuck the ends under to seal.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
