Delicious Plant-Based Lasagna Rolls πΏπ₯
Ingredients:
- 8 lasagna sheets, cooked
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup vegan ricotta or cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella for topping
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2. In a bowl, mix crumbled tofu, spinach, vegan ricotta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Lay out each lasagna sheet and spread the tofu mixture evenly over it. Roll each sheet tightly.
4. Place the rolls in a baking dish with marinara sauce spread on the bottom.
5. Top with more marinara and vegan mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
6. Serve warm as a hearty meal.
