Tiramisù Classico (Classic Tiramisu Cake) 🇮🇹☕ The most famous Italian dessert—creamy, coffee-infused, and heavenly! ✨
Ingredients:
• 250g mascarpone cheese
• 3 eggs
• 100g sugar
• 200ml strong espresso, cooled
• 200g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions:
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy, then mix in mascarpone.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
3. Dip ladyfingers into espresso (and liqueur if using) and layer them in a dish.
4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer.
5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
