- 1/2 cup (120ml) water

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine mixed seeds, almond flour, tapioca starch, herbs, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
4. Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out thinly.
5. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and transfer the dough (with bottom parchment paper) to the baking sheet.
6. Score the dough into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
