Chicken Bacon Alfredo Garlic Bread Bombs
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon garlic butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the Italian bread into 2-inch thick slices without cutting all the way through, creating a grid pattern.
3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.
4. Stuff the mixture generously into the cuts of the bread, making sure to fill all the gaps.
5. Brush the melted garlic butter evenly over the top of the bread.
6. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crispy.
8. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
