Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes
These magical cupcakes can be stuffed with anything and then frosted. They are soft, easy to bake, delicious, buttery, and flavourful.
Ingredients;
100g/ 3.54Oz (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) unsalted butter
100g/ 3.5Oz (1/2 cup) Sugar
1/8Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1,5Tsp pure vanilla extract
150g/ 5.3Oz (1 Cup) of Cake flour
