🍖🇮🇹 Paccheri al Ragù Napoletano
Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) paccheri pasta
1.1 lb (500 g) ground beef and pork mix
14 oz (400 g) canned tomatoes
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
Salt, pepper and bay leaf
Instructions:
🥕 Sauté onion, carrot and celery in olive oil.
🥩 Add meat and cook until browned.
🍅 Stir in canned tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
🍝 Cook paccheri and mix with ragù. Serve hot.
