Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
Instructions:
1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper and place it in a slow cooker.
2. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and half of the barbecue sauce to the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreddable.
4. Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix it with the remaining barbecue sauce.
5. Toast the hamburger buns and fill them with the pulled pork mixture.
6. Serve hot and enjoy the mouthwatering flavors!
