🫕 Fondue Savoyarde (Cheese Fondue) 🧀🍷
A rich melted cheese fondue from the French Alps.
Ingredients:
• 200 g Comté cheese
• 200 g Emmental cheese
• 200 g Beaufort cheese (optional)
• 200 ml dry white wine
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• Freshly ground pepper
• Cubes of rustic bread (for dipping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic clove.
2️⃣ Pour in white wine and heat gently.
3️⃣ Add cheeses gradually, stirring until melted.
4️⃣ Mix cornstarch with a little wine, stir into fondue to thicken.
5️⃣ Season with pepper and keep warm.
6️⃣ Dip bread cubes into fondue and enjoy.
