Easy Banana Pudding Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk (whole milk or 2%)
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced into coins
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 ½ cups vanilla wafer cookies (whole or crushed)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
2. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping and mini marshmallows into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning if using.
4. In a large serving bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the vanilla wafer cookies evenly.
5. Spread half of the pudding fluff mixture over the cookies.
6. Add a layer of banana slices on top of the pudding mixture.
7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, pudding fluff, and banana slices.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften slightly. Serve chilled.
