Pineapple Bliss Bars 🍍✨

📋 Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt until combined.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
5. In another bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
6. Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the baked crust.
7. Bake again for 20-25 minutes until the top is set and lightly browned.
8. Allow to cool, cut into bars, and enjoy.
