Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pint raspberry sorbet, softened
½ cup raspberry jam
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing into a springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes. Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the crust, followed by the raspberry sorbet. Spoon raspberry jam over the sorbet, swirling to create a ripple effect, then top with remaining vanilla ice cream.
