Ingredients:
1 loaf stale bread, cubed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish for the pudding.
2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir everything thoroughly to ensure the bread absorbs all the liquid.
