Creamy Cajun Steak & Shrimp Pasta π€π₯©ππ₯
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak & Shrimp:
Season steak and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak slices 2β3 mins per side. Remove.
Add butter and shrimp, cook 1β2 mins per side. Set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add garlic and sautΓ© briefly.
Pour in cream and Parmesan, stir until melted and thickened (3β4 mins).
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch more Cajun spice.
4. Assemble:
Toss cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce.
Top with seared steak and shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
