Chocolate Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake π«ππ°
Ingredients:
2 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs πͺ
6 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted π§
3 (8 oz) blocks Cream cheese, softened π₯
1 cup Granulated sugar π¬
1/2 cup Sour cream π₯
3 Large eggs π₯
1 tsp Vanilla extract πΏ
1 cup Fresh strawberries, pureΜed π
1/2 cup Chocolate ganache π«
1/2 cup Chocolate sauce or melted chocolate chips π«
1 Fresh strawberry, for garnish π
Directions:
1. Let's kick things off! Mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until itβs all nicely combined. Press this dreamy mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan and pop it in the fridge while we whip up the filling. π§
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Then, add the sour cream, cracking in the eggs one at a time, and stir in that fragrant vanilla extract. Keep mixing until everything is just combined. π
3. Pour half of this luscious cheesecake batter over the crust you prepared earlier. Now, drizzle the pureΜed strawberries and chocolate ganache right on top, then gently swirl it all together with a knife for that gorgeous marbled effect. Repeat with the remaining batter and swirls. π
4. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Place the cheesecake pan inside a larger pan filled with about 1 inch of hot water (this helps create a nice water bath). Bake that beauty for 50β60 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly. β°
5. When itβs time, turn off the oven but let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar. Then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours (or overnight!) for the best texture. π
6. Finally, drizzle the top with a decadent chocolate sauce and garnish it with a fresh strawberry before serving. Slice, devour, and enjoy your creation! π΄β¨
