Ingredients:
🥫 1 can (15 oz) evaporated milk
🍬 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
🥚 3 large eggs
🍮 1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix
🧈 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
🌰 1 cup chopped pecans
🧂 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
🥄 Nonstick spray or butter (for greasing pan)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Whisk the base: In a large bowl, whisk evaporated milk, condensed milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
Dump it in: Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the liquid mixture—do not stir.
Add the good stuff: Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix, then top with chopped pecans and cinnamon (if using).
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before scooping to serve.
