π Ingredients:
Meatballs:
π₯© 1 lb ground beef
π§
Β½ small onion, finely chopped
π§ 2 cloves garlic, minced
π₯ 1 egg
π§ Salt & pepper to taste
π Β½ cup breadcrumbs
π§ ΒΌ cup grated parmesan (optional)
Gravy:
π§ 2 tbsp butter
π 1 Β½ cups sliced mushrooms
π§ 1 clove garlic, minced
π§
1 tbsp flour
π₯£ 1 Β½ cups beef broth
π₯ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
π§ Salt & pepper to taste
π₯ Instructions:
π₯£ Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper (and parmesan if using). Form into meatballs.
π₯ Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
π In the same skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sautΓ© until golden.
π§ Add garlic, cook 1 min. Stir in flour and cook 1 more min.
π₯£ Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire. Simmer until thickened.
π Return meatballs to skillet. Simmer in gravy for 10β15 minutes until fully cooked.
