Monster Cheeseburger Recipe
Ingredients:
4 beef patties (around 4 oz each)
8 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
2 burger buns (preferably soft but sturdy)
1 tbsp butter (for toasting the buns)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, bacon, or any of your favorite toppings
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Patties
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. If you like, add some garlic powder, onion powder, or any seasoning you prefer.
Shape the seasoned beef into 4 patties (about 4 oz each), ensuring they’re even in thickness.
Step 2: Toast the Buns
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread a small amount of butter on the inside of each bun and toast them until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Beef Patties
Heat a large pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they're cooked to your preferred doneness.
In the last minute of cooking, add two slices of cheese to each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
Step 4: Stack the Patties
Place the bottom half of the toasted bun on your plate.
Layer one beef patty with melted cheese, followed by another patty on top. Repeat this process, stacking your patties high with the cheese in between.
Finish with the top bun.
Step 5: Add Your Toppings
Add any additional toppings you like (grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, etc.) to enhance your burger experience.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!
Serve the burger immediately while it’s hot and gooey, ready to be devoured!
This Monster Cheeseburger is perfect for anyone who loves a hearty and cheesy meal.
