I wasn’t going to post this, my plan was to make myself lunch, sit down and enjoy eating it without worrying about it looking all fancy to post on social but I’ve been doing this for so long that making bowls pretty like this became second nature to me with basically no effort involved so I couldn’t help myself but to share.
Nourish bowl with quinoa, cannellini beans, arugula, cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives and crumbled feta drizzled with basil olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. It’s sooooo good. Hope you’re having a great day!
