CUM IN MY MOUTH
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ½ oz egg white (optional, for foam)
• Ice cubes
• Coffee beans or lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
1. Dry Shake: Add Irish whiskey, espresso, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to create a frothy texture.
2. Shake Again: Add ice cubes and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Strain: Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
4. Garnish: Garnish with a few coffee beans or a lemon twist for an aromatic touch.
