🐟🍝 Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
For the Salmon 🐟:
Fresh salmon fillets
Olive oil or butter
Garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper
Lemon juice
Fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)
For the Pasta 🍝:
Fettuccine or linguine
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese (grated)
Garlic (minced)
Butter
Peppercorns or cracked black pepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside. In a skillet, sear the salmon fillets in butter or olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then stir in cream and parmesan until smooth. Season with pepper and lemon juice. Add the pasta into the sauce and toss to coat. Slice the salmon and place on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot!
Notes & Variations
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce for extra flavor. You can also use shrimp instead of salmon!
