Layers of tender zucchini and creamy cheese—golden and bubbling from the oven.

Ingredients:
• 2 zucchinis, sliced
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/4 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
• 1 egg
• Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Whisk cream, egg, and seasoning.
3. Layer zucchini slices in a greased baking dish.
4. Pour cream mixture over and top with cheese.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes until set and golden.
