This dish combines succulent shrimp and tender asparagus in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp butter (or veg oil)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (or non-alcoholic substitute)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken stock, stirring well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, mixing until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
