Ingredients:
• 200g choux pastry
• 150g praline paste
• 200ml cream
• 50g butter
• 2 eggs
• Pinch of salt
• Sliced almonds & powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the choux pastry: in a saucepan, heat butter, water, and salt. Stir in flour and mix until it forms a dough ball. Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
2️⃣ Pipe into a ring on parchment paper and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 min. Let cool.
3️⃣ Whip the cream and fold it into the praline paste to make a smooth filling.
