🇫🇷 Sweet Pain aux Raisins (Raisin Swirl Pastry) 🍇 A flaky spiral of buttery pastry, creamy custard, and plump raisins—irresistible straight from the oven!

Ingredients:
• 500g bread flour
• 250ml milk
• 100g raisins
• 60g sugar
• 10g yeast
• 1 egg
• 100g butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pastry cream (for filling)
• Egg wash (for brushing)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Make a yeast dough with flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, egg, and butter. Let it rise.

2️⃣ Roll into a rectangle, spread pastry cream, and sprinkle raisins.

3️⃣ Roll up, slice into spirals, and let rise again.

4️⃣ Brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes.
