Grilled Chicken with Veggies & Sweet Potato
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 sweet potato, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup diced carrots or butternut squash
Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Grill until fully cooked.
2. Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 mins.
3. Brush sweet potato with oil, season, and grill or roast until tender.
4. Serve together hot.
