Ingredients:
🥒 Sliced cucumber
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🧀 Fresh mozzarella slices
🥚 Soft-boiled eggs
🥑 Avocado halves
🐓 Grilled chicken or spiced chickpeas
🟡 Yellow cherry tomato (optional)
🌿 Fresh herbs (like parsley)
🧂 Salt, pepper, sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. 🥚 Boil the eggs for ~6 minutes, then cool and peel.
2. 🐓 Grill the chicken (or roast chickpeas with spices).
3. 🥒🍅 Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
4. 🥑 Halve and pit the avocado.
