Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo 🍤🐟
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (skin removed)
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until done. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add to the sauce along with shrimp.
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes:
You can replace salmon with chicken if preferred.
Adjust cream and cheese for desired sauce thickness.
