One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients:
12 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook the cheese ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season sliced steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the steak slices and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in garlic and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add cooked ravioli and gently toss in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
