🍫✨ Homemade chocolate cake - Wet, intense and bright ganache!

For cake:
• 2 flour cups (250 g)
• 1 cup of sugar (200 g)
• ¾ cup of sugarless cocoa (75 g)
• 1 ½ cdta of baking powder
• 1 ½ cdta of sodium bicarbonate
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 eggs 🥚
• 1 cup of milk (240 ml)
• ½ cup of vegetable oil (120 ml)
• 2 vain essence cdta
• 1 cup of water or hot coffee (240 ml) ☕
For the ganache:
• 200 g of chocolate to melt
• 200 ml of milk cream
• 1 butter cdta (optional)
📝 Step by step tempting:
1️⃣ Prepare the oven at 180 ° C and flour your mold.
2️⃣ Mix the dry: flour, cocoa, baking powder, bicarbonate, salt and sugar.
3️⃣ Add the liquids: eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
4️⃣ Incorporates hot water (or coffee) little by little. The mixture will be liquid, but don't scare yourself!
5️⃣ Bake 30-35 min. Cool 10 min in the mold and then on grid.
6️⃣ Ganache: Heat the cream, pour over chocolate chopped and let stand 2-3 min. Mix until it is silky.
7️⃣ Cover your cake with the ganache and let it spill slowly through the edges. Decorate how you want.
