Blackberry Whiskey Cake
Yellow cake mix
1 bag frozen blackberries
1 shot of blackberry whiskey
1/2 cup sugar
Mix cake mix up as directed on the box
Mix Frozen berries whiskey and sugar in a sauce pan and cook till a nice sauce is formed. Prepare cake mix as directed on box, then add frozen berries to cake mix
I baked in Cast Iron At 300 for 40 min.
Mixed berry sauce with 1/2 cup milk and 2 cup of powder sugar or to the texture you like and then drizzle on baked cake.
