Spaghetti Alfredo with Mushrooms - Creamy Sauce
So creamy and garlicky spaghetti that you and your family will surely enjoy!
Recipee:
8 ounces spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)
Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
5 cloves garlic minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
In a pot, boiled water and cooked the spaghetti. Set aside.
In a large wok, add butter and let it melt. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add slices of mushrooms. Add, heavy cream. Mix and let it boils. Simmer, Add Italian seasonings, shredded Parmesan cheese and parsley. Mix until the cheese melted and the sauce thickens. Add the pasta. Mix until the pasta is fully coated with the creamy sauce. Garnish extra fresh parsley and cheese when serving. Enjoy!
