🧫 The EASIEST Homemade Slime 🌟
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white school glue (such as Elmer’s)
1/4 cup liquid starch (found in the laundry aisle)
1/4 cup water
Food coloring or washable paint (optional, for color)
Glitter, small beads, or foam shapes (optional, for added fun)
A mixing bowl and spoon
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the white school glue and water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
Add Color and Extras: If you’d like colored slime, add a few drops of food coloring or a small squirt of washable paint to the glue mixture. For extra flair, sprinkle in glitter, tiny beads, or foam shapes. Mix thoroughly to distribute the color and embellishments evenly.
Incorporate the Liquid Starch: Slowly pour the liquid starch into the glue mixture while stirring continuously. As you mix, the slime will begin to form and thicken.
Knead the Slime: Once the mixture starts clumping together, use your hands to knead the slime. It may feel sticky at first, but keep working it until it becomes smooth, stretchy, and less tacky. If needed, add a few more drops of liquid starch, one at a time, to achieve the desired consistency.
Play and Store: Your slime is ready to enjoy! Stretch it, squish it, or mold it into fun shapes. When you’re done playing, store it in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to keep it fresh and prevent it from drying out.
