🍝🥩 Creamy Beef & Bowtie Pasta Alfredo 🥩🍝
Tender bowtie pasta and savory ground beef smothered in rich, cheesy Alfredo sauce—ready in 30 mins!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta (about 6 cups cooked)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Cook Pasta:
Boil salted water, cook bowtie pasta to al dente (8-10 mins), drain, set aside.
2️⃣ Brown Beef:
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook 5-7 mins till browned. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Add Garlic:
Stir in minced garlic, cook 1 min till fragrant.
4️⃣ Make Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream & beef broth, simmer 5 mins. Stir occasionally.
5️⃣ Add Cheese:
Lower heat, stir in Parmesan & mozzarella till melted & smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Combine:
Add drained pasta to skillet, toss well to coat. Let simmer 2-3 mins for flavors to meld.
7️⃣ Serve:
Plate hot, garnish with parsley if desired. Extra Parmesan optional!
