Tartiflette! ❤️ A rich and cozy potato casserole with cheese, bacon, and onions – Alpine comfort food!
📝 Ingredients:
• 500g potatoes
• 100g bacon
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/2 Reblochon or similar cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil and slice potatoes.
2️⃣ Cook bacon and onions until soft.
3️⃣ Layer potatoes, bacon, and onion in a dish.
4️⃣ Pour cream over and top with sliced cheese.
5️⃣ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
