Garlicky, buttery snails baked in their shells – a delicacy from Burgundy!
📝 Ingredients:
• 12 canned escargots
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Place one snail in each shell or dish cavity, top with garlic butter.
3️⃣ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve hot with crusty baguette.
